Who runs this website

This website, published under the trade name 402Scope Compliance, is operated by Arturo Ferrándiz Fernández, a self-employed regulatory compliance consultant, in compliance with Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI).

The 402Scope observatory at 402scope.org is operated by the same person and measures x402 providers free of charge. Compliance reviews are a separate paid service and never affect the observatory's measurements.

Arturo Ferrándiz Fernández is not a practising lawyer and this website does not offer legal services reserved to lawyers. The services are regulatory analyses and do not constitute legal advice, a legal opinion, investment advice or tax advice.
