Built for three kinds of crypto launch

Each one fails EU rules in its own predictable ways. The review starts from those.

  • Token launches

Teams issuing a token or running a sale, airdrop or staking programme for EU users.

    • Return promises in marketing and on social
    • White paper missing or not notified
    • No risk statement near the buy button
  • Stablecoin and payment apps

Wallets, on-ramps and apps that move stablecoins or money for their users.

    • Claims that suggest deposit insurance
    • Transfers without KYC or Travel Rule data
    • No clear answer on whether a CASP licence is needed
  • x402 and AI-agent payments

APIs and services that charge agents per call over HTTP 402.

    • Terms that exclude all liability for paid calls
    • No identified provider or complaint route
    • Personal data passing through agent requests

Check your launch in seconds

Scan your website, or paste a paragraph from a post. Both flag the problems that most often break EU crypto rules, each with the rule behind it and the fix.

We read your home page and, if linked, your terms, privacy notice and legal notice. Nothing is stored and nobody is contacted. Indicative check in English, not a review: a clean result does not mean the website complies.

What the scan looks at

  • Return, risk and protection claims on the home page
  • The statement that no EU authority has approved the marketing
  • White paper, terms, privacy notice and who runs the site
  • Trackers loaded without a consent tool

Five pages: a verdict, a status for each of the eight areas, every finding ranked with its rule, redlined wording for the high findings and a dated fix plan.

    Arturo Ferrándiz

I studied law at the Universitat de València and trained at a labour, tax and accounting advisory firm, where I handled a portfolio of self-employed clients and small companies.

I run 402Scope, the observatory above, and build on Stellar and Soroban, including payments between AI agents over x402. I read your product as well as your paperwork.

I work as a regulatory compliance consultant, not as a law firm. That keeps the review fast and fixed-price, and I tell you plainly when a question needs a licensed lawyer in a specific country.

Backed by 402Scope, an observatory for x402 payments

Before the review, there was the observatory: it pays x402 providers for real resources and checks whether what arrives matches what they declared. That habit, checking claims against evidence, is what the review sells.

31,851 x402 endpoints checked for a live payment challenge · 13 paid endpoints bought every two hours. As of 29 September 2026, from the public API.

Independence. Measurement is free and never sold. If a provider measured by the observatory buys a review, the engagement is disclosed on its observatory page and has no effect on its measurements.

    Questions founders ask first

Is our project too early for this?

If you plan to market a token or a crypto service to EU users in the next six months, no. Before launch is the cheapest moment to fix claims and terms.

What do you need from us?

Links to your website and socials, plus any white paper, terms and privacy policy you have. Drafts are fine. It takes about five minutes.

    Is this legal advice?

No. It is a regulatory analysis of your materials against EU rules. It is not a signed legal opinion and does not create a lawyer-client relationship. When you need one, I will say so.

    Which countries do you cover?

The EU framework (MiCA, the Transfer of Funds Regulation, GDPR and consumer law) and Spain. Risks in other jurisdictions are flagged, not analysed.

We are an x402 provider measured by 402Scope. Can we buy a review?

Measurement is free and never sold. If a provider measured by the observatory buys a review, the engagement is disclosed on its observatory page and has no effect on its measurements.

Can you write the documents for us?

Yes, through the Launch Pack. Most teams start with the review and move on once they see the fix list.

Do you give investment or tax advice?

No. The review covers regulatory compliance only.

    Can we pay in stablecoins?

Yes. USDC through Stripe checkout on Base, Solana, Ethereum or Polygon, or USDC on Stellar against an invoice. The invoice is always issued in euros.
